When will my order get shipped?

Usually, we can ship out within 2-5 business days from the nearest stock. Then we will update you tracking number. And it will takes 5-8 days arrive at your door.

How to do when carrier lost or damage the order ?

1. If your machine is damaged when you receive it, please don't hesitate to contact us and send us the picture of the broken parts.  We will make every effort to provide you with satisfactory compensation, which may include a partial refund or shipment of replacement parts.
