Return and Exchange

Note:

        This policy does not cover the case when the machine is found broken after receiving the machine. If you find your machine broken after receiving it, please check our warranty and refund policy.

Return and exchange the machine

  • If your item has not shipped yet, please send an email to us or call our sales team, and we can cancel your order.
  • If your item has shipped,please await the delivery and have it returned to our warehouse. Please send an email to us or call our team. But, you need to pay the return shipping fee and our shipping fee.

For example: 

                    You don't want it and need to return the excavater. In this case, we need to charge you shipping fee.And you need to pay for the return shipping fee.

  • If the machine you receive is not working properly and has a badly broken. Please send an email to us. Our salesman will tell you the return process. When we receive the broken machine, we will ship a new one to your address.
  • If the damage on our machine due to human factor, and you want to return it. You need to pay for our shipping fee. 

Return process

1,Please send an email to us before you want to return your machine. 

2,After we approve you return your machine, we will give a shipping label. Please attach this label to your machine.

3,We will ask our transport company to pick up the machine at your address.

Return Charge

1, If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

2, If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
